Current Opportunities

Senior Network Engineer/Network Administrator with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex enterprise networking systems using Microsoft and Cisco technologies. Experience with VMWare virtualization, Remote Desktop Services, or Citrix is preferred. Current Microsoft and Cisco certification is a plus.

Must be customer service oriented, have a pleasant and professional demeanor, and ability to work effectively within a team environment to resolve issues. Ideally this position will be staffed by an individual in Lubbock. But, depending on the skills and character of the candidate, remote work from Dallas/Ft. Worth or Austin areas could be possible.

Information Technology Auditor capable of analyzing complex IT environments from a security and compliance perspective. Must be capable of performing IT security audits. Candidates should possess strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Practical experience in technology, security, or audit a must. CISA, CISSP, CISM or similar certifications preferred.

Security & Compliance Consultant capable of consulting with financial institutions on information security. Candidates should possess strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Practical experience in information security, technology, or banking a must. Knowledge of banking related IT regulatory compliance, such as GLBA, a plus. CISA, CISSP, CISM or similar certifications preferred.

Web Application Developer to assist with development, maintenance, and testing of our tandem software suite and marketing websites. Our tandem software is a multitenant SaaS web application built on the Microsoft stack (ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server). MIS, CIS, CS or equivalent degree track preferred. Experience with Visual Studio, ASP.NET, C#, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, MVC, unit testing, SQL Server, and TFS a plus.

nQativ is seeking persons with excellent accounting skills to assist with the implementation of ActivityHD for medium sized businesses in various industries. You must be able to recognize standard business practices and apply software solutions to make accounting processes more automated and efficient. ActivityHD modules include general ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets, purchasing, bank reconciliation, document management and payroll.

• You like to travel. When we get busy, travel can be up to 50%.
• You live in Lubbock or the Lubbock area, or have ties to the Texas South Plains. This position is in our main office in Lubbock, Texas.
